Unfortunately, Parker was not ready to be extubated today as planned. They are focusing on improving her nutritional health/labs. Once that’s accomplished, they will revisit extubating her to the NIV-NAVA. The duration of her feeds will be reduced from 90 minutes to 75 minutes, in an effort to wean her back to a goal of an hour. More bloodwork will be drawn on Monday.
