Parker's eye exam retuned that blood vessels behind her eyes were enlarged and she is at risk for retinal detachment (Stage 3). Weekly eye exams to come. The fluid in the lungs was a result of Chylothorax (a rare condition where lymphatic fluid leaks into the space around your lungs). Changes to her diet will hopefully rectify the issue.
